Our Team:

Let Mommy Sleep Philadelphia is led by lifelong friends and busienss partners Rachel Wolf, RN and Christine Dellinger. Here is their philosophy and experience~

Rachel Wolf, RN, Franchise Owner

As a Registered Nurse with a focus on Pediatrics and Urgent Care nursing, a BS in Psychology, and over 10 years of private duty and in-home newborn care experience, Rachel specializes in fostering the pro-parent side of nursing through her unique passion for balancing the power of maternal instincts with clinical expertise. As a currently staffed R.N. in the Let Mommy Sleep corporate region, her compassionate care and use of evidence-based practices focus on empowering parents by helping them feel more self-assured when providing newborn care at home.

Rachel has appeared on ABC 7’S Good Morning Washington on behalf of LMS discussing Safe Sleep Environments for newborns and infants, and her business background has granted her opportunities to publically interview Ernst and Young’s 2006 Entrepreneur of the Year, a top CEO according to the Harvard Business Review, and a renowned physician and former guest on the Dr. Oz television show to name a few.  Rachel also owns Phoenix Irish Dance Academy in VA, and is so thrilled to be a part of the Let Mommy Sleep franchising movement.  Rachel believes in the LMS mission to bring universal safety standards, qualified caregivers and evidence-based education to newborn care.
